You can search for products by 'Product Code' (if you have one for the product you are wanting to buy) or by keyword. redhen searches for the keyword/s you enter in the product name, description and keywords.

A product code is four digits long and is only numbers. For example, 6458 or 2339. Enter this code if you have it and the individual product listing will show.

Searching by keyword/s means that you enter a relevant search term to find the product. For example, you are searching for a book called "Life and times of Mona". Simply enter 'Mona' as a keyword and the listing will show.

To buy the product, simply click on the 'Buy now' button. The next page will show you the delivery options and prompt you to choose one. From there you can proceed to the checkout.
